• Players must have a player online waiver form signed by their parents to play 24 hrs prior to play – no form no play
• Any players under 18 with an anaphylactic allergy must provide their signed allergy action plan, 24hrs prior, in order to take part with both auto-injectors; this is an insurance requirement. No plan, No play
• Parties available on Saturday’s and Sunday’s only, all year round.
